I’ve avoided using V11 as although it has some great extra added features which I can appreciate I’ve felt the backtest takes longer and was hoping the other bugs would get ironed out before I used it as my every day platform.
I’ve felt for some time that the backtest on V10.3 is a little bit like having three beers then trying to hit the bullseye on a dartboard, things like extra losses appearing when switching between 10000, 50,000 and 100,000 units has left me with little faith in it other than to get me in the ball park of what might be ok to stick in demo live.
Building on this foundation of backtest uncertainty I’m feeling that the inaccuracies haven’t really been addressed in V11?
Please can someone who has fully transitioned over to V11 provide some feedback of their own experiences of backtests comparable to v11 demo live?
Hope I don’t sound like I’m moaning. 🙂
