Moving average value of 1 day ago

  Good morning guys, is there an easy way of calling up the value of a moving average from a day ago? So for example im looking at the 21 day Exponential moving average and would like to know where it was a day ago. Thank you for any help you can offer

  timeframe (daily, updateonclose) avg = exponentialaverage[21](close[1]) return avg

  1 2 3 4

  timeframe (daily, updateonclose) avg = exponentialaverage[21](close[1])   return avg

  Change UPDATEONCLOSE to DEFAULT if you want it to update more than once a day.
