Hi,
I am having this issue for quite some time.
Whenever i create a simple price alert on one time frame . ( like 5 mins chart) , the alert works
Whenever i create multiple alerts like 2 alerts on the same timeframe and same pair , the alert becomes very unreliable and rarely works and stays silent even though the condition passes.
usually when i create multiple alerts , there are like price alert and then second alert is indicator crossover alert.
It is very rare that alerts works when there are multiple alerts on a chart .
I have missed trades many times due to this issue. And I am a member of prorealtime service of more than 10 years .

So , whenever the alert which involves the indicator that exists on the price chart / windows then it is not consistent. sometimes it works and sometime not.

Even the price alert did not occured , the price did crossed 0.8694 and the alert is still in waiting status. its a 15 min timeframe
this is very painful .
Alerts , even just the price alerts only works if there is only one alert exist.
As soon as i create 2nd alert the alert stops working.
03/12/2019 at 2:12 AM #93411yes sfiqbil,,,, I’m having the exact same problem… today 2 instruments with multiple alerts did not trigger…this is a big problem for those that are seeking entry trigger confirmation.
PRT can you test the alerts with multiple alerts please…they are hit and miss
03/21/2019 at 12:19 AM #94225another day another multiple alert does not trigger…defintely there is a problem with the alerts or this is a deliberate flaw to minimise opportunities to win.
Today USD/CNH 1 hr timeframe . 80ema cross above 30 ema plus a price cross below a level……did not trigger……
03/21/2019 at 9:32 AM #9424604/01/2019 at 7:57 AM #95149Grahal, when you turn your PC on, if the alert has triggered when the PC was off it will trigger and a pop up will show up straight away when you open it up again….. Multiple conditions on the one instrument consistently fail for some reason
08/04/2019 at 1:24 PM #104145@sfiqbal and / or @Pleidian … did you ever get this sorted or did you submit a report to PRT … via the contact form below or a Tech Report via the Help menu on the PRT Platform ?
