I seem to be getting the error message attached more and more often recently/
I am not aware of any user preferred setting … did I miss something?
Anybody know where the setting is please??
EDIT / PS
There is no reason in the Order List (as stated on attached) as the Order was not Rejected it was Cancelled (no reason is ever given for Cancelled).
10/16/2020 at 12:52 PM #14755803/01/2021 at 12:58 PM #162855I also have this “issue”. I cant find anywhere to change the no of retries. As per the “Conditions of execution of your automatic trading systems” it states:
Automatic stop of a trading system due to order rejection:
If an order is rejected for one of the following reasons, ProOrder will try to place the order again, up to 10 times:- An error occurred while processing the order
- Confirmation of order processing was not received in time
- A previously placed order on the same instrument was not yet processed by the order
For any other error (or if the order was not able to be placed after 10 tries), the trading system will be stopped, and ProOrder will try to apply your preferences when the system is stopped (keep or cancel positions and pending orders).
So the documentation says 10 times and the system says {0} times, what is correct and can you change it?

I think it is another example of an imperfect error message, which could better say (x) times?
Check out the Algo showing the (0) times error message …check in the Orders List, Rejected Tab and count and it is may show 10 Rejects then on 11th Reject the Algo is closed?
Let us know what you find please?
