I use the middle option, because my time is CET (Utc+1 DST, which is now Utc+2).
Bear in mind that, diffrently from customized trading hours, those in your pic are just labels or tags, they do not affect trading hours.
If DAX trades, say 08:00 – 22:00 CET, you can set any option you want, it will always trade those hours. You’ll have just to do some math yourself (I discourage changing your TZ on your system, because that would affect its workings).
What are really affected are strategies (or indicators requiring dates), since ProOrder will execute your strategies according to your TZ. If a strategy is set to trade fom 09:00 to 18:00, then you’ll have to change this to reflect your TZ, so that if you are in a Country whose TZ is UTC+4, you’ll have to change those trading hours to 11:00 to 20:00 (+2 hours compared to CET) within the strategy.
