    Hi all
    i have no idea how to code ive read and just cant get it , im just after a simple swing trade code , i trade on retracement reversal or at least im testing it out
    volume above average by at least 20%
    a pivot point from a retracement from a solid up turn  is what im after i guess , one green candle after the bottom red
    maybe someone could point me to the right code screener i cant find one , i had one yesterday but forgot what it was called , and i cant find it again ,

    thanks mate , ive watched that video still to complicated  still cant find a easy low pivot point screener , just want a retracement with two green candles leading hopefully to a continuation of an uptrend after the retracement hope someone can post a link of do a code

    what else do you think should be in a code for retracement bounces that will increase chances of getting a nice up runner, i think increased volume for sure

    Video explains very well  imo  , sometimes a little effort is required .  Easier to ask i suppose , that takes no effort  .

    mmm just revisited this forum and checked the replies , whats the point mate of having a forum if questions cant be asked , isnt that what a forum is , i did do a lot of effort trying to write the code but alas im not as smart as you , why bother to answer with a very stupid remark , if i can help someone i will i dont put dumb comments to a question, Easier to be sarcastic and not help from you that takes very little effort.

    Any Forum is made to ask questions, but when lots of people daily asks tens of questions answers may be easier, faster and possible if people makes questions more detailed, without having to watch videos.

    That video lasts more than 6 minutes. Should anyone attach similar videos, despite being not so large, probably many could not receive any answer at all!

    As always BrisVegas you say what others think – but sometimes stuff just needs to be unsaid. Thankfully the world is full of very different characters otherwise it would be a very boring place indeed – and your one liners do make me titter when I read them. But just sometimes biting your tongue and shaking your head and leaving others to answer questions that you feel should not be asked is a better road to travel on.  I know because I struggle with the same inability to suffer fools gladly as you do – and by that I am not implying that the OP is a fool.     Well the video holds most of the answers for writing/producing a screener  and given the Op’s original request is very ambiguous and my pyschic abilities are undeveloped i think i have actually offered the most help thus far  .  I learnt to write a basic screener using the PRT videos in a short period  .  Its not that difficult ..  Im sure someone will produce what the OP is after eventually once he becomes more specific  .  Without passion and some tenacity a future in this game is limited  , sorry for the reality  .. I have no idea how the big smiley came to be  , sorry for that as well

    Ive helped many in here where i can so i do put in effort and like others  i put in a decent amount of my time doing that for no reward , i do so to repay the help i have received in here  . AND fwiw i wasnt being sarcastic as some have alluded to  .    And i am far from dumb , i can understand basic concepts pretty easily  .. but thanks anyway

     

    I have no issue helping people to learn to fish if they are willing to actually do some fishing but no-one learns to fish when they just get handed fish all the time  . The effort is a 2 way street  fwiw

    For the OP  Proscreener guide is a very hand tool  , maybe reading this a couple times will help as well , take your time , some of it will stick eventually    .
