May I ask you to send me an email via the store “get support” button, with following details please: broker, which dax futures or which dax cdf, number of units loaded and timeframe used please. No need to make screen capture of settings if, as you said, you haven’t changed them (and I can see them in the attached image anyway). I’ll try to reproduce the problem to investigate, and if needed apply a patch in the next version update coming soon. Using the “get support” button will allow me to look at it within the marketplace store interface even though i won’t have email access before saturday.
I assume you are among most recent orders received just after my holiday start, and if so, I haven’t processed your order and haven’t sent you a welcome email message yet.
