Pro Realtime Versions: complete and premium, how to upgrade?

  1. I’ve been issued with ProRealTime “complete version” through IG. My friends in the UK got the “premium version” also through IG. There are additional functions on the premium pakage which come in handy for instance with back testing. Is it possible to upgrade from complete to premium and what are the conditions.

  2. What version is the demo package of ProRealTime?

  3. Can the set up i.e. templets, lists… be copied from the demo version to the live version of ProRealTime?

  1. It is not possible to upgrade an already existing account. You would need to apply for a sponsored account on the following webpage.
  2. Demo accounts have all Complete versions.
  3.  Yes it can be done upon request.
