Pro Screener for past leaders

I was wondering if someone could help me write a simple code, i can’t seem to put it together. The conditions for the screener should be the following: ATR above 5% Dollar volume above 3 million (Daily average) Outperforming 95% of the other stocks listed on the same market the past 30 days If someone knows how to write this code i would be super happy for all the help i can get, thanks!
