I’m sorry to say … nil response is often the norm!
Have you sent in a Technical Report via Help > Help Centre > I’m having a Technical Problem?
Yes twice !!!
11/21/2023 at 9:55 AM #224015If you can’t live without the Detailed Report until help arrives from PRT then you could try reducing the number of Systems you have stored in the non-running section of the ProOrder AutoTrading window of SB1 Account.
Are there loads more non-running Systems stored on SB1 Account than on SB2 Account?
11/21/2023 at 10:35 AM #22402311/21/2023 at 10:52 AM #224025You could try uninstalling the Platform and reninstall, maybe even delete the installer file and start again from scratch??
Done that reinstall launcher … still no difference.
Will do it again.11/21/2023 at 11:01 AM #224026If you can’t live without the Detailed Report until help arrives from PRT then you could try reducing the number of Systems you have stored in the non-running section of the ProOrder AutoTrading window of SB1 Account.

No sure help will ever arrive from PRT (might need to wait for v12 until this goes away).
Will continue cleaning up the systems anyway , this is good housekeeping .Another difference between the accounts is that I have a couple of marketplace licences expired on SB1 . No reason why this should impact but who knows !!!
If I can´t resolve this, as I really need the detailed reports of the running systems :
- Move the systems to my other accounts , but I created separate accounts for good reasons
- Run v10.3 as I just checked it is working in 10.3
11/21/2023 at 11:39 AM #224031Hahaha nice one! re running v10.3 and as you say when v12 comes to UK Live your problem may be no longer!
Re housekeeping and removing System from the non-running window … it can be a real pain in the butt as no easy way. In the past I used to copy and paste 1 by 1 and put a Note of performance in the Notes etc.
Since I have been storing all my Systems on my PC (a few years now) what I now do is take a screenshot of 16 (max to delete whilst all in view on my resolution anyway) before I delete them. Screenshot shows the gain and how long the Systems have been running (version / date etc). Screenshots are stored in a file on my PC titled ‘Performance before delete’.
I always try not to throw the ‘baby out with the bathwater’ and because – I store all my Systems on my PC – then if I want to I can go from the screenshot to the System (in file on PC) and it is in it’s backtest-ready form with all variables etc.
I not done above yet as all the Systems I delete have been the losers after testing in Demo.
At last e-count, I have > 6000 Systems on my PC so I needed to coem up with an easy-to-manage way to function! 🙂
11/22/2023 at 4:14 PM #224146This is almost more for myself, although I seem to be the only one having this (which is OffTopic, or not because with you it should work the same).
The 1st attachment shows in the bottom left corner where I need to click to get anything in the first place. But what I get are the TWO forms you see next to each other. The left form is the Detailed Report, the right form is the equity curve.
You both don’t seem to get these TWO forms ?
All I see is that you have one form – the right hand one, and that you need to click that button for the Detailed Report ? (and hope that it appears)On a side note : if you’d have a wrong (saved) Detailed Report layout, it would not appear ? … and this is per account (the config is account dependent).
See in the 2nd screenshot top-right of what I mean.Being in this state, I clicked the button right under the title bar in the 2nd form, and the Detailed Report disappears; the Equity Curve in the 2nd form disappears too. Then I crossed away the 2nd form. Next I saved and exited the platform. Then restart it.
The 2nd form reappears, and this is thus the situation of the forms you can’t get rid of (I also saved the platform under a new name, so I’m good). This is how the form got dragged “minimized” because I don’t need that form at all. The detailed report would be fine, but that 2nd form is “required” to have the Detailed Report. In my case it does.
And now sit tight.
If I now click that button to fire up the Detailed Report, it’s not there. Nowhere, nada. Just in case, see the 3rd screenshot. All what happens is that the Equity Curve disappears and reappears when clicking again.
So there you go ?
Yes, there you go;
If I now click again the icon I used at first, all what happens is that a 2nd “right hand” form appears. See 4th attachment. Can I – inb this state – ask for other new Detailed Reports (from another system) ? Nope. All what opens is such a “right hand” form again. That is from the newly clicked system all right, but no Detailed Report anywhere.
And so is this account now definitely destroyed and bug 437 or wherever I was with counting, is a fact.
I will now be stuck forever with these now THREE equity curve forms, and all I can do is drag them as small as possible. But wait, I saved the platform under an other name. So I can go back to the working situation. But otherwise ??
Oh, otherwise I reported the bug of the staying Equity Curve forms in 2018, possibly in 2019 and in 2020, and by telephone I have mentioned it a dozen times.
But now we have this topic, and maybe it helps.🙂

So whatever happens, it is bonded to the ProOrder system/environment itself. So now I have managed to be in the very same situation as @jmf125;Restoring from a previously saved template helps to get rid and remain rid of those Equity Curve forms, but no Detailed Reports from AutoTrading systems for me anymore.
Thanks PeterSt, well done.
blurpPS: So don’t try this at home !!!
11/22/2023 at 5:07 PM #224159Here is the situation in an other form. Here I (a couple of weeks back) saved the Detailed Reports forms in a template just to preserve them all, knowing that I can’t get rid of the additional Equity Curve forms you see in the 3rd attachment (all dragged as small as possible). So this :
- I saved in order to recall it when I would need it;
- I saved in a parallel path of my workflow, so I can work with the normal templates without all these Detailed Reports.
So that part worked and works. What I am saying is : once they are on screen and this is saved in a template, they will stay there and like I just did, I can recall them simply via loading the template of concern. Thus, also those who I can’t now get any more, just because they are there in the template.
In that very template (thus, using that) I can still open new Detailed Reports as well. And so the bug is more complicated.Would I save this template to a new one after removing all the unnecessary Detailed Reports, then I would have a normally working environment again.
Finally, back in the original template which now is destroyed (though I never saved anything in there !) – there too I have a few Detailed Reports left (just those I need). So all is fine ? no, not in that one, because in that one I can’t open new Detailed Reports (but for that the template you see in the attachments should be my rescue. I am actually frowning why that one is still fine).

11/22/2023 at 5:57 PM #224166I removed the column with the Detailed Report icon/button.
Saved and Exited.
Restarted and put back that column. And now it works again ?
It is that I wrote down everything in detail so I can read back on it. But otherwise I would have thought I dreamt it all.
@jmf125, I would hope this works for you as well ?1 user thanked author for this post.
11/23/2023 at 10:14 AM #224186Sadly I have tried this and still not working.
I am trying doing this for the third time, as sometimes you need to save and exit several time before the issue is fixed.
As an example, sometime the timeframe gets stuck on one day – even if you change the number of units 10 50 k, 100 K …
After exiting and saving 2 times it works again.11/23/2023 at 11:03 AM #224188sometime the timeframe gets stuck on one day – even if you change the number of units 10 50 k, 100 K …
So you mean that if you, for example, select 1 day for TF and 10k units that you cannot then change (only) the 1 day TF to 1 hour TF (and 10K units) ?
