@Monobrow I was away on a five-day hike with no access to my emails. In fact, my wife did respond to all queries on Monday and mentioned I will be back today to respond to all queries.
The reason the screenshots only go back to November 2020 is that is when I uploaded the product. The marketplace would have gone live back then.
I will add new screenshots with updated results, so no need to jump to premature conclusions.
05/27/2021 at 12:08 PM #170605Hi @Mattias and @Paolo.B Good observation. Let me explain,
The trading systems have parameters where you can set your start capital and exposure. The system will then automatically scale up the position size on orders. Since we developed the system and therefor don’t pay a fee, when we test our systems live, the capital used to test it is inconsequential.
In this case, the capital used was 59,000NOK and 1% exposure, and the profit was 2654.41NOK, which equals a profit of 4.5%
If we take the fee for the 14 months, which, as you correctly observered, is 1400EUR and and the profit of 4.5%,
A customer could have activated this with 100,000 EUR in start capital, then the profit would have been 4500 – 1400 = 3100 EUR
If you were to double the initial investment to 200,000 then it would be have been 9000 – 1400 = 7600 EUR
Since the market place is set up with flat fees and not performance fees. A customer can invest as much as they like and still pay the same fee. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about.
Hope that clears things up a bit.
05/27/2021 at 12:58 PM #170608Well, after reading all the questions and answers in this topic about the marketplace, actual sellers are trying to talk too much without giving clear proves of the live performance of their robots. I’ll just tell you: Give a clear image of the performance of your robots in live, with all the entries and exits, all the oficial PRT statistics, performance graphs, etc, and we all will be able to judge your roots and, why not, to buy them. If you keep on giving us incoherent answers, you are just trying to excuse the bad performance of your robots in order to earn money from people that is trying to start programming robots (I assume that people who has been programming and participating in this forum will not trust these talkative guys).
And in my opinion, giving all these statistics directly from PRT with transparency should be mandatory in order to put a robot in the marketplace to create trust in this new tool. In my case, I won’t buy any robot until I see these images, and for now no one of the robots in the Marketplace meet this requirement.
Sorry for this answer but all I want is to have a Marketplace with all the quality it deserves.
05/27/2021 at 1:36 PM #170615Hello these days I have witnessed a fair and normal discussion after the launch of Market Place …. if you look in my shop I have inserted all the graphs with clearly highlighted that it is live.

All updated to the last days of the market and especially with the performance clearly visible as an example in the photos that I attach as an example.
For all other information or any new details you can safely contact me.
Hello
Mauro05/27/2021 at 1:46 PM #170619Hi
the business model of the marketplace could evolve and adopt another principle … the stats of live robots should be sent automatically to the marketplace … and be able to offer a commission paid to the seller on a winning transaction of a robot at a customer and vice versa, reimbursement of the bot by the seller in the event of defined loss criteria. It will engage the seller much more
05/27/2021 at 1:57 PM #170620Hello everybody,
Simple suggestion for automatics strategies : don’t sell algo but rent them for an amont depending on the monthly results of the algo. x% for exemple.
This would reassure buyers and stimulate sellers.
Here it had already been proposed and was answered immediately afterwards, a difficult realization perhaps even impossible from a legal point of view.

I did not receive any email, nor to my folder or junk. Nor do I appreciate you posting my real name in a random forum.
Still, it shows the character of the person, so will also save me some money, and perhaps others too.
@Nicolas / Moderators please remove the attachment from this response.05/27/2021 at 2:14 PM #170622I have removed the picture.
I’d like discussions to be calm and respectful! Everyone has something to say, so let people explain and listen and then make up your mind clear before answering. Thanks.

These are fair comments, but not forget some algo providers are happy to provide algos on trial for backtest, and you can do whatever testing you want with them.
If a provider will not provide anything for test and does not respond to queries, then yes, most likely a scam, and they know it.

This should mostly put an end to the questioning about the veracity or not of a strategy to be functional in real time. Of course, vendors will be free to use this feature as they see fit.

05/28/2021 at 7:50 AM #170651Most likely they have been rightly removed ….
I would hope so. And if so indeed, well done Nicolas.
In that case, maybe the “Best seller” tag should also be removed, as these – in my view – can emerge by “manipulative” reasons.1 user thanked author for this post.
