ProRealTime takes a long time to load

Hi everyone. I have spent the last few weeks trying to make ProRealTime load faster. I have googled it, contacted support and even bought a new computer but it really hasnt changed anything. It occurred to me that maybe this is just normal. How long should it take to load ProRealTime? At the moment it is taking approx 1-1.5 mins to get started. I’m running 64 bit windows 10 on a new desktop computer. My computer is an i7 8 core with 32 GB ram. My internet speed has a 8.2Mbps download and 0.8Mbps upload. I’m located on the Gold Coast in Australia. I’m using Google Chrome but Ive also tried firefox. So how long should it take to start PRT? Thanks Alan

But what difference does it make when PRT tech support does not even exist.
