    Hi,

I am starting to try to understand how the trading systems work in ProRealtime, in order to program some “automatic” methods with stocks.
It seems that you need to select an instrument before starting the “autotrade”. I guess then there is no way to combine the results of a screener with autotrading. Is this correct?

My idea was to use this “autotrading” to screen a given market and operate with the securities that fulfilled the conditions of a given method (or use the output of a screener to send it as an input of an autotrading system).
    Is this possible with ProRealTime?
I have the feeling it is not but I would like to confirm the point.

If it is not possible, would it be possible in a near future?
If not, is there any data platform + broker that allow this?

    Kind regards

    It’s not possible.

The only broker currently supporting autotrading is IG, plans are that in the future (2021, 2022… ?) IB might be added to the list.

As to other platforms, we only deal with (and refer to) ProRealTime.

    Hi Roberto,

    Thank you for the answer.

Is ProRealTime considering features like autotrading without having the select an instrument before enabling the autotrading, in a near future?

Talking about the brokers, any news about an ETA for Saxo Bank integration?

Nobody knows PRT”s plans, but it’s a widly acclaimed feature and I think PRT will sooner or later add it.

I don’t know anything about SAXO. Asking PRT might be of  greater help.
