Hi, 1. Is version 10.3 still available? How can one access it? 2. Version 12 freezes all the time. Tried it different computers as well. Never had this problem with previous version. Any way to assist? Regards, Segie

Try v11 it is an option on same login as v12.

I’m sure v10 is long gone / not available.
