    Hi all.

I am using PRT EOD data to develop a trading system to trade the ASX & NYSE markets from Australia.

Like other Australian posters have reported on this forum, ProScreener signals for the ASX market are 1 day late (despite ProBacktester charts displaying current days data)

The previous reason given on this forum for late ASX signals is EOD data.  However, my EOD ProScreener signals for the NYSE market are NOT late!

So, EOD data does not appear to be the cause of late ASX ProScreener signals.

Instead, I suspect that the real cause is the (-9? hour) time difference between the ASX EOD data upload (approx 5pm Brisbane time) to the ProScreener server.

I have considered subscribing to real time data but there is no point if this time difference is the real reason for late ASX ProScreener signals.

Is anyone able to confirm the cause please?

    The cause is EOD data.

However, my EOD ProScreener signals for the NYSE market are NOT late!

Sorry, but I don’t think it is possible. Are you sure?

Thanks Nicolas for your prompt response.

I am positive (after many tests) that NYSE PS’s use latest EOD data.

See my attachment of todays 23 May 2019 PS results – showing chart for EPR.

You can clearly see that my PS stoch X trigger is displayed on Wed 22 May using EOD data (at 5pm NY time which is 8am Brisbane Australia time).

I would test this hypothesis if I could access real time data, but unfortunately PRT do not supply it for the ASX!

OK, thanks Vonasi.  I don’t know why it went missing – it is well under 2 mb in size.

I m unable to paste it to this post, so I have attached it once again.  Hopefully it will accompany this post.
