Running horizontal price bar on chart

  hi – i use to be able to see a light horizontal line running across my charts as the price moves up / down.

  i have PRT premium but cannot seem to find a setting to bring this functionality back on my charts. the prices move on the y-axis but there is no horizontal line that comes across.

  is this no longer available in my version and can you help?
