Screener for stocks making 40 new highs in the first 30 minutes

  Is there a way to screen stocks which makes 40 new highs during the first few minutes of market open? I got the idea from here: https://stockbee.blogspot.com/2019/12/trade-ideas-first-30-minutes-profit.html

  There you go:

  Cond = (summation[40](high > high[1]) = 40) SCREENER[Cond]

  1 2	Cond = (summation[40](high > high[1]) = 40) SCREENER[Cond]

  but I think you will not be able to get many results, as it is very uncommon that the last 40 bars ALL show a HIGH higher than the previous one!
