    A friend is helping me with a PRC script and it’s failing to show on my screen because I my price chart is set-up with different units on the Y-axis. For example, I might see an FX price of 1.35 whereas they see something like 13 500

    Is there somewhere this can be configured? Perhaps there’s a setting somewhere to use TICKS rather than USD prices? Or a scale option that I can configure to change the units of display?

    Thanks

    Are ‘they’ in the UK by any chance?

    If Yes, they likely are looking at Spread Betting Charts?

    On SB Charts, IG multiplies FX prices by 100 so – no matter which FX – 1 point price rise is worth £1.

    Sleep on it and it might make sense in the morning!? 🙂

    JS

    If it is only visual, you can add an indicator to your screen that multiplies the values (close) by 10,000 (close * 10000)…

    If the script only works with these values, you will also have to adjust this in the script (close * 10,000)…???

    @GraHal: Yes, they’re UK. Good spot!

    @JS
    : We’ll do that … implement it as an additional configuration setting, with a default that works for them, and I’ll set it to work for my price data.

    Thanks
