08/13/2019 at 6:29 PM #104694Yeah this happened to me a few weeks back and I thought … I’m sure I used to add stop and limit on a manual trade!?
Anyway a few days later all was back to how it used to be and I’ve not thought about it since!
Yeah it still works for me … see attached.
I suggest you close your platform and open again and see if it all okay?
What you mean by the slide tool??

The sign with the price to set stop loss or limit is gone
I might be able to help, but I don’t fully understand the problem. What is the slide tool what is the sign?
Please are you able to provide screen shots of the slider tool and where the sign used to be??

Have you sent a technical report via your platform?
This forum is monitored by PRT from time to time as an extra level of customer service but is not a PRT’s forum. Usually sending a technical report directly to them with a link to here of any relevant topics is the best first approach to getting an issue solved or an answer to why something has changed on their platform. With either form of contact usually some patience is needed due to the complicated links caused by differing customer service levels based on account type and due to the communications required between the broker and PRT!
