Hi.
I have a 200 MA and a 50 MA set on MT5 and Proreal but they are different. All the parameters are the same on both platforms. Can anyone assist in explaining why they would be different. MT5 and Trading view are the same but Proreal is different,
Same time frames and everything the same.

As for the DAILY chart, FXCM closes it at 23cet (utc+2) which is 17:00 in NY, while IG closes it at 01:00cet (utc+2) which is 19:00 in NY, so there’s a 2-hour difference, thus the closing prices will not be the same and any MA will ensue!
To spot any real difference compare them on a 1-minute or 1-hour TF. Though some differences may still affect prices. If one broker receives a price at 06:59:59 and another one receives it at 06:59:57, closing prices will be slightly different and so will MAs.
