SMS Alerts in PRTv 10.3

  Hi Folks,

  I am using v10.3 via IG and have just noticed that the functionality to create an SMS text message alert seems to have disappeared.

  The option to select SMS alerts seems to have been removed from the Alert panel. Is this the case with v10.3 or am I missing something obvious?

  I got the answer to this and thought I’d post in case anyone else searches the web with the same query.

  The 10.3 version of PRT  that IG supply via their platform is different to the version of 10.3 that is obtained from Prorealtime.  The IG version of PRT 10.3 is customised for IG (and i guess their users) and so some of the features differ.

  Obviously SMS alerts is one of them. Hope this helps
