Stopping bug

    It has been frozen like this for a few hours now. Total gain is also wrong.

    Has this happend to anyone else, what to do?

    Demo or real server? If it’s still in “stopping” process, you should have a phone call with your broker.

    Real server. Doesn’t execute orders though, so mainly just annoying.

    Nothing changed overnight, still in the stopping process.

    I’ll contact IG, but can they do anything about it if it’s a PRT issue?

    If your broker is IG, then you contact the good company in charge of this bug. Of course if it is software related and not server , they will contact PRT.

    I had Stopping issue in Demo on many of my systems but i received no definitive answer why.

    I also had incorrect profit and loss but it was resolved this week.

    Yes I’ve had the stopping issue also and incorrect profit / loss , annoying, confusing and worrying!

    So many little things, I just lived with it as long as the IG Interface showed the correct information.

    I’ve not noticed it this week, but not trading, waiting for 4 trades ‘gone wrong’ to come back in my favour … 3 have, just soyabean oil left! 🙂

    @Noxxiq I noticed you posted on 4th June, if you are stopping a live system at the weekend it will wait until the market re-opens to get the live price.
