@GraHal
“Add a screenshot to your post” must be a new picture, even if you already have it in your media repository.
“Add attachments” allow you to add anything from the repository.
But, if you are talking about the pictures attachments in comments, it is still not possible, I’m still working on a system that could integrate seamlessly with the website..
05/19/2017 at 7:41 AM #36061Nicolas, it may be clear to you, but it’s not to me 🙂 My confusion may be lingering from previous attempts 12 months ago.
See link below, I just added an image from MyMedia and embedded it in a Library Comment posting.
But how would I get a new image into MyMedia (other than via a Forum post) so that I can embed into a Library post.
I will investigate all the buttons to save you time telling me (copy and paste direct into Comments maybe?)

05/19/2017 at 7:59 AM #36062Your test worked, but I deleted it. You can “insert into post”, but that’s not a proper way, users should not be able to do it like this, because it confuses the comments .. Even if you can embed images into posts comments, I really don’t like the way it is actually done by the website. I’m hoping to allow users to do it in a more clear way within the next big update of the website I’m actually working on..
I’m also recording the second French course too, so I don’t know when it will be possible.

06/20/2017 at 9:47 AM #38625I’m back on the same Issue as above re adding an Image to a Library post … see the link below for frustration I’ve just had. Tell me if I’m missing trick here??

Maybe a solution would be the Auto-raising (by site software) of a Linked Forum Thread at same time as adding a Library Post??

06/20/2017 at 9:53 AM #38627Yes GraHal, I’m aware of it. The comments engine of the website is currently being replaced in my development site, I’m hoping to get something enough good to be released with the update I’m planning for the end of June or beginning of July..

07/20/2017 at 9:10 AM #41132The website has been updated with improved design and many bugfixes to improve its stability and its speed. Please let me know if you find any bugs! Thanks a lot.
EDIT: if the website seems “broken” on your side, please clear cache and history of your browser and/or hit CTRL+F5 until the website looks good 🙂1 user thanked author for this post.

Anyway aren’t the Ads how google monetise the Search function they provide to us / PRC site?
08/02/2017 at 4:21 PM #42335- Users now have the possibilities to mark a topic as “Favorited” (next to the subscribe button at top right of each first post of a topic page).
- 2 new pages are now available : first page that pull a list of all subscribed topics (easier to manage email alerts for forums) and a second page to view all favorited topics (never loose good topics again!!).
Hope you’ll find these new features useful.
EDIT: you also gain 1 point if someone else favorited one of your own topic.
