SYSTEM ONLY WORKING ON SOME ACCOUNTS

Hi, I have system that trades well. It trades only once a day at specific time ie 15hoo. Coding works fine I opened second account. System does not trade or back test at all. If I remove the time function, it trades, but not successfully. I think it must be a time setting on the platform. Can not find it. Any ideas? Thank you.
