    Thank You Peter for you help and concern!

    As its Friday today, lets see if anything happens over the weekend as a result of my Technical Report (via Help) … least we will have learned something, if only a modus operandi for future similar Issues.

    I mentioned that you asked three times by now but that nothing seems to happen

    If I was a PRT Customer Service rep, I would have a standard email that – in my scenario – I would send advising to contact IG as the Account is with IG.

    Customers are left annoyed and frustrated when they do not get any answer at all to emails.

    Still no Restore on my LIVE Account!! All the money IG are losing due to this!!!! 🙂

    This is now the 11th day since I lost 89 Systems.

    For info … copy below of my 4th email direct to the PRT contact@prorealtime.com.

    Re my request below, I sent in a Technical Report to IG and they replied saying thay have sent it on to PRT.

    Do you need me to EXIT my platform while you do the RESTORE and / or anything else I can do to help and move this forward  PLEASE?

    My handle is GraHal on the PRC Forums … if this is of any significance.

    Please call me anytime if you need to?

    Sorry to hear Grahal. Technical Service of PRT not doing nothing… business as usual. It´s a shame because I still think PRT is a great platform but with an almost not existant thecnical support is difficult to feel like that

    I just checked and my 89 Systems have NOT YET been restored!

    By 5:30 PM today …

    1. It will be 14 full days since I first emailed PRT via contact@prorealtime.com
    2. It will be 7 full days since IG emailed me to say thay had passed my Technical Report over to PRT.

    OK, thanks.
    Can you do me (and hopefully yourself) a favor : send that email (with content you deem fine) to broker at prorealtime.com, as I suggested ?
    I can’t be sure whether you did not use that one on purpose, but that is the one which ends up with the guy I talked to, regarding this.

    But let him send an email to broker _at_ prorealtime com, let him mention is handle “GraHal” so we will know it is him you’re helping and we will contact the engineers so they will pick this up and hopefully provide that restore soon now.

    And really, if you don’t want to go that route, it is fine of course. But please let me know what you did, so I will again call my contact if you used the “broker” address, so I can notify him it is there …

    This is doomed ?

    Soon after my sending of the message “Watch out for the great GraHal”, I received the response that no email was received at said address.
    I responded with “what about a spam box ?” … and then it went silent.

    It now is 6pm over here and the local support guys will have left the building.

    I do know that the PRT email “receptors” are highly spam-protected, so probably *if* in spam somewhere, it can’t be found. GraHal, if you have one, try it with another email address ? Or, might you have a kind of forwarded one of the other emails with a ticket number in the title, remove that ticket number (this is highly “routing” to the persons involved).

    I could be accused of email bombing them if I send again from another email? So I won’t unless essential, like they ask me to send again?

    Title / Subject of my email to broker at xxx was:  Re:Systems Gone / Deleted.

    No Ticket Numbers showed in the email Title to broker at xxxx

    I just checked and I have had no … Email Undeliverable etc.

    email “receptors” are highly spam-protected

    I emailed broker at xxx using (one of my many email addresses) grahalxx at xx … maybe the PRT ‘receptors’ are set up to send any emails from grahal … straight to permanent delete!!!

    Maybe I was right when I said (in the other Topic) I’m a ‘marked man’! 🙂  There’s probably a big poster on the wall at PRT offices saying:-   GraHal … Avoid like Covid! 

    I reckon you’re a marked man too PeterSt!? It’s starting to feel like that anyway!?  🙁
