Teammate to collaborate with

Hi All I developed a trading strategy and created an automated trading system. I tried registering as a vendor, however when i try to register on Stripe, my country is not supported. I was told by IG help that I need to find a teammate to collaborate with from a country that supports Stripe. Just a few questions… What is a collaboration? How would it work? How do I go about finding a teammate to assist. Thanks
