    I’ve had 4 or 5 trades opened this morning but they don’t show as open on the ProOrder Trading Screen as open.

    I can’t even see what the Algo name is because they all stack one on top of the other and the name gets hidden … an Issue I have written to PRT about over 12 months ago … but of course I can’t see what they are doing about it because there is no System on the PRT web site to see Suggestions submitted etc.

    (I suggested to PRT to put the Algo names to the right of the Order (not under / bottom) … you would think that would be easy?? Even suggested they give users an option to have below or right of Order.) 

    I know I could see them the Algo names  in the Order List but I want to see them on the Charts!

    Well actually I want to see them open in the ProOrder Trading Screen, but seems even that has goen b**lls up now!!!!!????

    It’s just too much frustration all round … think I’ll pack it all in and start living again!?

    Hi GraHal,

    Please send a technical report via the workstation. This is the only way to allow us to analyze the reasons for the issue you experience.

    Sounds easy but in reality as I couldn’t see which Algos had triggered and there was 4 or 5 all triggered at once so I couldn’t break off to send a Technical Report.

    I manual manage my Algo trades so by the time I had ‘got it all together’ I had closed them and then there would be no point then sending a Technical Report??

    I will send a Technical Report next time … hopefully it will be a bit less hectic.

    I just had same issue and I sent in a Technical Report via my Platform.

    And I sent my IG Account Number to contact@prorealtime.com

    Could you send this information again, please?

    If I understand correctly you sent the technical report via your direct IG account and not the IG account sponsored by ProRealTime?

    Strange … an email not getting through?  I just sent it again anyway,

    In case today’s email goes astray, a copy is attached so you can see  date and time of the original email.
