Someone once said to me … money doesn’t bring happiness, I said no it doesn’t but it sure helps pay the bills and eliminates some of the worry and stress, also It gives you the ability to help others in need. If we want to achieve contentment we need to be financially stable and I think when you boil it down through all the other states of mind we all want the same thing to be content! Obviously the person who said money doesn’t bring happiness either 1 has plenty of it and has no money worries or 2 they had formed a psychic task and read my mind or statement wrong.
01/19/2023 at 11:43 AM #207704I’m sure you guys like me have some amount of promotional inbox messages in your email trying to sell subscriptions to the latest and best trading advice from companies. 1 in particular is really persistent in mine and I got fed up deleting the messages etc so I sent him my trading results and said I would appreciate it if you stop sending them My trading is fine. the guy is stumped by the results and now he wants me to ‘let him in on the action’ LOL

Yeah and he realises he is still a ‘sad act’!? 🙂
Ooops a strongish 5 min bar now beneath that oblique trend line.
Open at 14:30 should see it reverse to uptrend again … hopefully!?
PS
Followed by nearly as strong a green bar now … good sign! Now a 2nd green bar has just cleared the high of the red bar!!01/19/2023 at 2:25 PM #207712Hopefully see some profit taking soon
I call this market relentless for good reason big powerful moves that’s what makes it interesting and so much f a challenge to trade. Always does the unexpected and always travels further than I anticipated.

I have no idea, Price stopped right at resistance, I wouldn’t feel comfortable guessing with this right now, probably better sitting back and letting price give a better idea of strength or weakness before trading I think.

Bigger timeframe carries more weight to it and the downtrend should continue but If price goes above 500 or so then in theory it could go all the way back to the top, I’m always cautious selling US30 but have to play the cards as there dealt
01/22/2023 at 4:04 PM #207879Opinions or Ideas? As much as I’d like to be psychic I’m not and would love to hear/see others views on US30 if that’s ok with the moderators of the forum?
I think it should be fine as long as its not trading advice, just others ideas and analysis?
thanks
01/22/2023 at 5:16 PM #207892I think you trade in TF 3 minutes? It’s more like scalping the way I see it. And you react quickly to the market. What distance do you normally have for your SL? Always remember: back and forth, empty pockets. When in doubt, go long or wait.
01/22/2023 at 6:51 PM #207902Do we have another topic heading for analysis ideas yet?
Yes, but not much discussion or analysis yet.
