Unknown Indicator on a sample chart

Hi, I received a chart from a colleague, sometime back and unfortunately, I cant seem to get a hold of him. He had some indicators on the chart which I can’t seem to figure out can anyone help? I have attached the header of the chart he had emailed to me. I was wondering what was the indicator TD-Up and TD-Down. The SMA is understood.

Maybe he used TD for a personal version of “Tom Demark”

Do you have the complete screenshot of the chart, would be easier to find out what are that indicators! 🙂
