I’ve used the IG App for several years; I find it very useful when away from my PC. Push Notifications have always worked just great.
Recently (or could be a while?) when I open or close a trade, I no longer receive a push notification.
I have double checked and open & close trade push notifs are enabled under Settings on the IG Dashboard. I even disabled and enabled again, but still my phone does not receive a notif. Email notifs work fine.
Anyway experiencing similar problem?

I had checked I was on latest version, but reinstall sorted it, but I also opted for fingerprint authentication so likely the difference as I did see a note about IG Authentication due to end soon.
Onward and Upward, thanks SweTrade

The PRT App likely is not linked to IG in any way, at this stage it appears to be a PRT App only … hence why only Accounts registered direct with PRT will allow login.
